Natali Kruk: “I Watched Fear Weave Itself Into My Relationships”
Psychologist, sexologist and somatic practitioner Natali Kruk on why a woman who helps others feel free had to relearn how to trust — and the method that grew out of that journey

Her profession seems to promise that she has already figured it all out for herself. That’s exactly why it’s so hard for an expert to admit that her own life holds the very thing she helps other women through.
Natali Kruk is a psychologist, coach, sexologist and somatic (body-based) practitioner from Belarus, the creator of the Freedom to Be Yourself method, with more than a thousand sessions with women behind her. Her story begins with a confession: after her first marriage, it was very hard for her to trust a man again and to relax into intimacy.
I find that incredibly brave. And that kind of honesty — not a flawless résumé — is where real trust in an expert begins.
Her method took shape over years of practice. Natali joined Clirium in February 2026. In the six months since, she has built a course that became part of CLIRIUM® ME, become an ambassador for the project and started writing a book.
Here is her story.

The Fear That Weaves Itself Into Relationships
At Clirium, I saw something in myself I had never been able to make out before.
I saw how fear literally weaves itself into a relationship. How it tries to build walls. And how it kept me from truly understanding and hearing my partner — and, really, myself.
This isn’t abstract. Fear doesn’t show up looking like fear. It shows up as sensible caution, as “I need to think about it,” as “later.” And you don’t notice that you’ve been living on the defensive for years.
I became so much calmer. That was the first thing that changed — and probably the most important, because everything else started to flow from that calm.
No More Looking Busy
If you put the woman I was before Clirium next to the woman I am today, the key difference is that I’ve learned to take responsibility for my words and my actions. To manage fear. Not to give in to guilt. And to act.
To stop performing busyness. And to build my own project carefully, without rushing, one step at a time.
I know what performing busyness looks like. You’re occupied from morning to night, something is always happening, and yet nothing is actually getting built. I had to see that clearly before I could start doing things differently: more slowly, and for real.
A Course That Grew Out of My Own Question
That’s how the Freedom to Be Yourself course was born.
It’s about letting go of inhibition — for women of different ages, different body types, different life circumstances. And about awakening sexuality. The work happens on several levels: the body, the emotions, and your sense of yourself. It includes pelvic floor work. It’s about giving yourself permission to show up — for yourself, in front of your partner, and together with your partner.
For me, “freedom to be yourself” isn’t about rebellion, and it isn’t about some ideal image of a woman. It’s about being in touch with yourself: feeling, understanding, choosing and acting without constantly having to be “good.”
The course became part of CLIRIUM® ME, the project for women. As an ambassador, it’s the least I can do. I sincerely want this international women’s community to grow.
And I started writing a book.
What Women Write to Me
At Clirium, after the first stages of the program, questions of sexuality and letting go start to surface on their own. The women take my course as an add-on — and then they write to me.
Natasha, it turns out I can do this. And that I want this. It turns out it’s beautiful. And my husband said: wow
That’s exactly why I love working with women. You can see how their sense of self shifts, how their relationships grow stronger, how they start to feel differently about themselves.
It’s about breaking patterns — in a good way. Because so many women don’t know how to feel. They don’t let themselves feel their sexuality or their power. And here we come back again to guilt, shame and fear.
Allowing yourself to let go means allowing yourself to be free.
If You’re Scared
The decision that changed the course of my whole life is exactly what I’d like to share.
If you’re scared. If you feel you’ll be judged. If you have questions you can’t talk about with anyone. If you can’t afford one-on-one work right now. If you don’t feel joy in your life. If you’re carrying grievances and resentment toward your partner. If your kids have grown up and moved away and you feel lonely. Or if no one understands you.
Just reach out to Clirium. We’ll support you.
Believe me, I think it’s the best thing you can do for yourself. I’ve seen Clirium save relationships, improve the quality of women’s lives and make women happy.
No one here promises you illusions or feeds your ego. Just the opposite: every illusion gets shattered — and against that backdrop, you take shape. You get to know yourself. You see all your sides and qualities. You begin to understand what you actually want. And the moment you do, your thinking and your actions take on a completely different character.
Yes, it hurts. It isn’t easy. But you’re not becoming someone else — you’re simply unlocking your potential.
A special thank-you to Victory. For the opportunities, for her tremendous work and for her incredible support. Clirium is the only community where people want nothing but the best for you.
