Contributor Consents

Publisher’s statement

All Clirium’s Magazine stories are published with the consent of their contributors. Each contributor voluntarily gave an interview to the Editor-in-Chief, confirmed her consent to publication of her story, name and photographs, and reviewed the text before the issue was released.

Photographs used on covers and in stories were provided by the contributors or created with their participation and approved by them. Where the photographer is not the contributor, the publisher uses the image with the permission of the photographer or other rights holder. Covers created with generative AI are made from the contributor’s photographs with her separate consent and approved by her before the issue is released.

Consents we obtain

(1) Consent to publication of the story, name and images (Featured Subject Agreement and Model & Photo Release); (2) consent to processing of personal data, including health information — for contributors in Russia, by a separate written form (Annex A to the Agreement) that includes cross-border transfer to the USA; (3) consent to dissemination of personal data (Art. 10.1 of Law No. 152-FZ) — for contributors in Russia; (4) separate consent to advertising use — only if such use is planned (Consent to Advertising Use).

Record keeping

Contributor consents (written, electronic — via correspondence, messengers, e-mail or the Tally application form — and/or recorded during interviews), together with interview recordings and notes and approved final texts, are retained by the publisher for the life of the publication and for at least seven (7) years after removal from the archive, in accordance with Article 11.2 of the Editorial Charter. Records are kept with restricted access.

If you are a contributor

You may at any time request correction, anonymisation or removal of your story from the online archive: support@cliriumsmagazine.com, subject “Contributor”. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days.

If you are a third party

If you believe a story affects your rights or personal data, write to support@cliriumsmagazine.com, subject “Third-party rights”. We will review the request and, where appropriate, amend or temporarily hide the material pending resolution.
