Comment Policy

1. Who may comment

Persons aged 18 or older who accept this Policy and the Terms of Use by ticking the box in the comment form.

2. Prohibited

Insults, harassment, discrimination, threats; disclosure of others’ personal data; defamation; copyright-infringing material; spam and advertising; medical, psychological or financial “advice” promising results; encouragement of self-harm; unlawful content.

3. Moderation

All comments are pre-moderated. Moderation checks only compliance with this Policy and the law; we do not select comments based on agreement with the magazine’s views. We may decline or remove a comment and may redact third parties’ personal data from it; we do not edit the meaning or wording of a comment.

4. Repeat violations

For repeated or serious violations, including repeated copyright infringement, we restrict or terminate the person’s ability to comment.

5. Display of your name

A comment is published with the name or pseudonym you provide. By submitting a comment you agree that the name and text will be publicly available on the Site. Do not include information about your health or other sensitive data if you do not want it to become public.

6. Rights in your comment

You retain your rights and grant the publisher the licence described in Section 4 of the Terms of Use. You may ask us to remove your comment: support@cliriumsmagazine.com, subject “Comment”.

7. Responsibility (47 U.S.C. § 230)

Comments reflect their authors’ views, not the magazine’s. The publisher is a provider of an interactive computer service, is not the author of comments and is not liable for them to the extent provided by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230). Moderating, declining or removing a comment, including good-faith restriction of access to material under § 230(c)(2), does not make the publisher its author.

8. Report a violation

9. Notice under 47 U.S.C. § 230(d)

Parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software or filtering services) are commercially available that may assist in limiting access to material harmful to minors.
