1. What you receive

An e-mail when each new issue of Clirium’s Magazine is released (usually one e-mail per month) and, where necessary, service notices about changes to terms. The subscription is free.

2. Eligibility

Persons aged 18 or older who agree to receive reminders by ticking an unticked checkbox in the sign-up form and accept the Terms of Use and these Terms.

3. Advertising

Reminders contain no third-party advertising. Information about the Editor-in-Chief’s projects (CLIRIUM® ME, books), if included, is marked “Editor-in-Chief’s project” and, for recipients in Russia, labelled under Law No. 38-FZ and sent only with their prior consent (Art. 18 of Law No. 38-FZ).

4. Unsubscribe (CAN-SPAM)

Every e-mail contains an “Unsubscribe” link — one click, no login or additional information required; the link works for at least 30 days after the e-mail is sent. You may also unsubscribe by writing to support@cliriumsmagazine.com. Unsubscribe requests take effect immediately and in any case within 10 business days (15 U.S.C. § 7704; 16 C.F.R. Part 316). The address of an unsubscribed person is kept only on a suppression list and is never shared or sold.

5. Sender and postal address

Every e-mail contains accurate sender information, a subject line that reflects its content, and the publisher’s valid postal address: BRANDWORKSAPP LLC d/b/a Clirium’s Magazine, 700 Siena Palm Dr, Suite 303, Celebration, FL 34747, USA. E-mails are sent from the cliriumsmagazine.com domain; questions — support@cliriumsmagazine.com.

6. Personal data

Processing of your e-mail is governed by the Privacy Policy, including Section 9 for persons located in Russia.

7. Termination

The publisher may discontinue the reminders by notifying subscribers by e-mail.

8. General

The Terms of Use apply to these Terms.
