Editorial Policy

1. The contributor’s voice

Stories are told in the first person. Editing serves clarity and does not alter meaning. The contributor’s account, editorial questions and the Editor-in-Chief’s commentary are always distinguished.

2. Facts and corrections

The contributor is responsible for the accuracy of information about her life and confirms it in writing. The editors check dates, amounts and events in interview and against documents the contributor is willing to provide; verifiable statements about third parties and public facts are checked against independent sources. Where a statement could not be verified, the text says so. Opinion is not presented as fact. Corrections and the right of reply are governed by the Corrections & Right of Reply Policy; principles — by the Editorial Charter and the Code of Ethics.

3. Relationship with CLIRIUM® ME

The Editor-in-Chief of Clirium’s Magazine, Victory Naydenova, is the founder of CLIRIUM® ME and the author of books to which the magazine may link. Every story about a contributor who has taken part in CLIRIUM® ME programmes carries, next to its headline: “This contributor has taken part in CLIRIUM® ME programmes. The magazine’s Editor-in-Chief is the founder of CLIRIUM® ME.” Such stories reflect the contributor’s personal experience and are not an independent assessment of the programmes; outcomes described are neither typical nor guaranteed.

4. Approval and privacy

Before publication the contributor receives and approves the final text. Information about third parties is anonymised or published with their consent.

5. Independence

Editorial placement is not for sale. Partner content is always labelled.

6. Complaints about publications

Complaints that material is inaccurate or defamatory, including notices under Fla. Stat. § 770.01, should be sent to press@cliriumsmagazine.com with a copy to support@cliriumsmagazine.com, and by post to the publisher at 700 Siena Palm Dr, Suite 303, Celebration, FL 34747, USA. The notice should identify the material and the statements you consider false.
